I have a shipping or delivery question.

*Please note that shipment tracking takes 24-36 hours after your order was placed to activate. Once your order has been picked up by UPS, you will be notified via email with a tracking link.


I would like to make a change to my order.

We'll do our best but please understand that we are not always able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. There are multiple steps pre-shipment that we take to ensure each item is shipped to our standards. In the event that we can cancel or make a change, we'd love to help. 


I have a warranty claim.

Before you submit a warranty claim, please make sure you issue meets our warranty guidelines

Please provide a few photos to help us better understand the issue. Photos are necessary for us to be able to offer any replacement options. (Photo tips! If your bike was damaged in transit, please provide a photo of your whole bike and close-up photos of the problem areas. If there was any damage to the outside of your box, upload a photo of that damage too.

I need a part for my bike.

We sell most replacement parts under "Parts". Your local bike shop is another great resource. If you still don't find what you're after, let us know.

We do not stock touch-up paint. We recommend contacting a hobby shop or auto parts store. They can often color match paint.

I need to make a return.

Bikes can be returned, no questions asked, for 30 days after delivery unless otherwise specified i.e final sale items. We will send you a return shipping label

Order confirmations for bikes bought during a promotional or sale period indicate whether those bikes can be returned.

Refunds process approximately 5-7 business days after we receive the returned bicycle. We will deduct $25 from your refund amount for return shipping plus a 5% restocking fee. If you are returning your bike for a warranty reason, these fees do not apply and return shipping is free. Please select which option best fits your needs:
